Spirulina collagen smoothie
We love this collagen smoothie recipe and can't get enough of it in our household.
1 banana, frozen
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup kale
1 cup milk of your choice (we recommend unsweetened coconut milk)
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
2 teaspoons Simply Collagen PURE
Slice a banana and place in an airtight container or plastic bag. Freeze overnight.
When the banana is ready, add all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. (serves 2)
