Simply Collagen Return & Refund Policy

At Simply Collagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Options

You may return your product for:

  • A refund to your original payment method,
  • A store credit, or
  • A replacement product.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • You must inform us and request a return, before returning the product

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • All returns must be approved in advance and should be sent to our Tauranga, New Zealand warehouse (address will be provided when your return is approved).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@simplycollagen.co.nz with your order number.
  2. List the product(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason.
  3. We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

5. Processing Time

Refunds, replacements, or store credits are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
