This is an excellent product. Tasteless and very easy to use in multiple ways and a perfect source of collagen if you are dairy intolerant. Nice strong fingernails now and hopefully it’s doing good things inside too.

Since taking this every morning in my coffee I have noticed my skin and hair have both improved. My skin is way more supply and hair showing less breakage and more new growth.
