Have been using for years. Easy to mix into my morning shake. Have also been trialing on my poodle to give him relief from scratching. Certainly cheaper than Cytopoint injections and about equal efficiency.
Has definitely made a difference to my hair and nail strength and my skin appearance. I don't enjoy my morning coffee without it!
It’s amazing how the body responds to this product. I’m 68 and like to keep active. The difference in how my joints feel is significant. A bonus is in that I’ve never had good nails. Now I do. Very happy.
