Collagen for joints

Collagen has been shown to reduce the risk of joint deterioration, improve joint pain and to regenerate cartilage.  Under the age of 20, a healthy amount of collagen sits between our joints, providing lubrication for easy movement. As we age this begins to break down, our joints become less lubricated and can begin to grind together, causing pain and inflammation.

Studies have shown that collagen can help, reduce joint pain and also prevent joint degeneration.
