Love love love Simply Collagen. I’m a senior citizen and I had problems with my tissue thin skin bruising and tearing even with small encounters with hard objects. After taking Simply Collagen for 45 days I definitely have noticed a difference in my nails hair and skin. It does have a slight fishy taste so I stir it into some yoghurt that I have mid morning and can’t taste it.

I have been using this for several years. Every now and then I stop and then I notice a huge difference - skin starts to look dull and wrinkly, achilles tendonitis flares up but all stops when I start taking it again. Definitely wouldn’t be without. I dissolve in my coffee and can’t taste it.
