Welcome to Simply Collagen (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing simplycollagen.co.nz (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Eligibility & Online Store Use

  • You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from the Site.
  • You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You must not introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Site.

  • We may limit or cancel orders (for example, where multiple orders use the same account, card, or address). If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.

  • Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
  • Displayed prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
