Good for you collagen granola


  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup almonds (any nuts really)
  • 50-75g melted butter (depending on how crunchy/healthy you like your granola)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Simply Collagen PURE
  • 1 teaspoon of  cinnamon and ginger 
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon natural salt 


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a roasting dish
  2. Melt butter and honey and add vanilla essence
  3. Stir evenly through dry ingredients
  4. Bake at 160 until golden, watching carefully and stirring to evenly brown (approx. 15-20 mins)
  5. Enjoy with yoghurt and fresh fruit

This recipe is super easy to adapt and very forgiving.  Feel free to add dried fruit and more seeds etc.
