Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds (any nuts really)
- 50-75g melted butter (depending on how crunchy/healthy you like your granola)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Simply Collagen PURE
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and ginger
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon natural salt
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients in a roasting dish
- Melt butter and honey and add vanilla essence
- Stir evenly through dry ingredients
- Bake at 160 until golden, watching carefully and stirring to evenly brown (approx. 15-20 mins)
- Enjoy with yoghurt and fresh fruit
This recipe is super easy to adapt and very forgiving. Feel free to add dried fruit and more seeds etc.
