Strawberry collagen smoothie
One of my favourite foods of summer has to be strawberries, I identify strawberries with the beginning of warmer days and Christmas time. As the weather warms up I too like to take my Simply Collagen in smoothies more than coffee or even double up and enjoy a collagen coffee on waking followed by this collagen smoothie mid-morning.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice ( we often use coconut)
- 1 heaped tsp Simply Collagen PURE
- Simply blend and enjoy!
