Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 heaped teaspoons Simply Collagen PURE
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Small handful of finely chopped parsley
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 60 g melted butter
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tin (a silicone tray works best).
- Sift all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and cream, then stir to combine.
- Pour in melted butter and mix until smooth with no lumps.
- Stir through grated cheese and parsley until evenly combined.
- Divide batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
