Collagen nut slice - paleo, keto, gluten free and dairy free!
We love experimenting with new ways to consume our collagen and this collagen slice ticks all the boxes!
If you don't follow the keto diet, feel free to swap out the macadamias with another nut of your choice.
The stevia can also be swapped for another sweetener, although we find it doesn't need much sweetening.
- 6 tbsp Simply Collagen PURE
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup macadamia butter
- 3/4 cup macadamias (raw)
- 2 1/2 tsp stevia
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the mixture to a lined baking tray and make sure it is spread evenly.
- Cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and store in the fridge.
