Simply Collagen Return & Refund Policy

If you need to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!  We returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Return & Exchange Options:

  • You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Items must show no signs use.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your purchase was made in New Zealand, then you will be advised to  return the item(s) to our Tauranga New Zealand warehouse.
  • If your purchase was made in Australia, then you will be advised to  return the item(s) to our Sydney Australia warehouse.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Email us at hello@simplycollagen.co.nz with your order number.
  • List the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
  • Send the items back to the designated warehouse as instructed.

5. Processing Times:

  • Refunds, replacement products, or store credit will be processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned items.
