Pineapple, collagen & turmeric anti-Inflammatory smoothie
We love this anti-inflammatory smoothie to get our day started! Feel free to adjust the quantities for different serving sizes.
Ingredients (makes two cups):
1 cup coconut water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 heaped teaspoons Simply Collagen PURE
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 lemon or lime
1/2 cup pineapple
Blend together and pour over ice.
